I donât think I have been able to find a single game better than this in the 10 years since I first played this game.
Great game for a great price
Been playing this game since a kid and itâs still great! My only complaint is I beat all 3 and canât find another game like this.. Please make a part 4 please! Best game I ever bought from the app store. This is definitely my comfort game.
Been playing since Rebuild 1 on flash and this is truly a perfect sequel. Very fun game highly recommend.
I liked it a lot, it is the first Rebuild I have played. But I donât have much clue of how to know how to win the good end. But, I will try to put more attention, I have read all, but English is not my first language and I dunno if that is the reason that I canât catch the clues.
I think you could boost the game with just a couple quick updates like more options to keep your populations happy -- I.e. a boost in happiness depending on the amount of diversity in food collected, diversity created from higher skilled types of players, more weather events and ways to build relationships, etc
If you like management (SIM,RPG type) youâll probably like this game
I bought this as soon as I realized it existed on IOS, and have been pouring hours into it since. Itâs still so much fun.
1 was good, 2 was great, 3 is fineâŚdidnât hook me and I deleted shortly after purchasing.
I love the is game itâs story and everything about is something you canât find anymore. Only downside is the actual gameplay can get repetitive eventually but itâs ok because the story makes up for it
Good game to pass the time, however where are the updates ?!
Love this game. More content
If you like any of the previous Rebuild games, youâll like this one. What I like the most about this spot in the series is the varied factions and story building (in the story mode). Sure it isnât cinematic, but it uses the format that started 13 years ago to make a really fun and challenging game. It surprised me in many ways, and is visibly the product of enduring love for the game and its community. Thank you Northway!
I remember playing the original so long ago and being so hyped for the third installment, but never got around to buying it. More than a year after buying I can still say this game is much better than most mobile games thatâs are out atm.
This building is not producing happiness and I dislike using the Church in the game. Please buff the bar :(
Great game! I finally finished all three endings, I want more.
Iâve been playing since Rebuild 1 when it was on flash, and now, here I am playing it on mobile! Everything about this game is awesome from the character customization, the storyline, the events, character arcs, etc. My only complaint about this is *Spoiler alert, please look away now, or seal your fate* Thereâs 4 different endings, and you donât know this until itâs too late. I remember going into the last city, ready to get an amazing ending, thinking I found a cure and was ready to help everybody out, only to find out to get the good ending, you had to complete something in the first 3 maps to get it. Not cool. The fact the âcure,â was actually the omega virus in a âTrojan horse,â was downright not fair when I thought I did everything right to get it. The only way I found out how to get the good ending was by looking it up online and come to find out, I nearly accidentally stumbled upon the good ending but because I made one or two decisions without realizing how impactful theyâd be, I lost it. All that work was for nothing, and what do I get? A jump scare which scared the living daylights out of me since I was playing close to midnight and didnât see it coming at all given the way this series is. But back to a positive note, this game really is that great, I just wish they made it more clear towards the beginning on how to get the good ending.
My only problem with this game is when youâre at a deficit in food production, it doesnât tell you how much of a deficit youâre in. I would appreciate it if a meter thing like in the first 2 games was added telling the amount of food made per turn
Iâve had this game for several years and it NEVER gets old. Itâs soo fun and I love. I am patiently waiting for anotherâŚ.
Great game, better than rebuild 1 and 2. You do not have to end the days, itâs more based on time and you can low and speed it up and you can see the progression bars. Also you can see where survivors are and what they are doing. You can trade with factions like gustav and there are 11 other different factions you can destroy or ally with. You can see relationships between survivors, there are more research trees. You can see where zombie mobs are going to attack. Also it doesnât need WiFi. It helped me get through my English class where I did not have cell service. Great game very worth the money.
Fun time waster, but frustrated that a main survivor loses their tool box for no reasonâŚ..hard to get item, and affects ability to build quicklyâŚ.otherwise a favorite game to play!!
Love this game so far. Only problem is the low frame rate at times. I played the first Rebuild on Newgrounds and sought out the developer and saw she made sequels. Thank you so much for creating these games.
The amount of detail snuck into this game is astounding! I followed my Mayorâs journey not just across Canada, but through a long term romance and marriage with her faithful lieutenant, and their three pregnancies each resulting in very different stories. And then I followed her, still pregnant with her final child, on a quest for bloody vengeance when a rival faction murdered her husband, which wove perfectly and unexpectedly into the final narrative. I played the game blind, one level at a time over the course of months. The controls were always quick to return to mind. And upon reaching the ending, a slew of previous choices came home to roost. I know some people are complaining that the choices werenât obviously important at the time, but I love that they faded into the patchwork of other choices made over the course of the game. I will never have exactly this play through again and that is something I can rarely say about any game. I will absolutely be playing this game again with a brand new hero and their brand new story as soon as possible. May they make new and unexpected mistakes.
I remember playing rebuild 1 and 2 on the computer whenever I had free time in the computer lab at school. I decided to see if it was in the AppStore and found this. I donât usually buy games on mobile but this is definitely worth it. The nice add ons for this 3rd game has all the things I loved from the old games and more.
I donât know how to change it to turn-based. Iâm not a fan of the real time gameplay and I canât find an option to change it even though it says that you can.
I was surprised to discover upon launching that this game does not support portrait orientation. I think the screenshots are pretty misleading in this regard. Havenât given the game a fair shake yet, admittedly. Maybe Iâm weird but it being in portrait mode was what pushed me over the edge into buying the game in the first place. Just disappointed
Iâve loved this game since I first played it. And even years later I still come back to it and play it losing track of time and conquering cities getting just as excited as when I started playing.
Any plans for a redbuild 4 ? Haha wouldnât mind buying it.
Picked this up YEARS ago for maybe $3, and always come back to it. Fun, challenging, well-balanced, and tons of personality. Best of all, though, the Dev has maintained it fastidiously. The perfect mobile strategy game but can also hold its own on a Mac/PC (yes, I bought this on every platform I own). Support this developer!
Please make a sequel, this game is really good. There needs to be more games like this.
I just wanted to thank the developers and say that this game is everything I wanted and was amazing and fun to play
I currently have an iPhone XR and the little black notch at the top of my screen (where my camera is located) cuts off some of the game and I canât edit the safezone
Nothing like a pandemic to make this game even more ironic than it is. I like to build up a dream team of MacGuyver-Fighters armed with rocket launchers and Doctors Scalpals and play the next to final round over and over. Largest map and no inconvenient nuclear detonation or government plots ( wow you sure called that one!) to get in the way. It takes a while to build the right team and I have had some truly great ones but every now and then I delete the app because I waste tooooo much time on it. Free to play free to win is the only thing I will play nowadays and this is my fav.
People who say the zombie attacks are too abundant lack common sense. The first one that pops up will be the first to attack. Duh. It goes in order...if you donât believe play it yourself. You only need to defend one at a time if you pay attention to when the hordes pop up. TIP: On Impossible difficulty, kill all surrounding zombies and be careful. I recommend letting the hordes take the buildings, and then reclaiming them after. Defending against hordes causes lots of survivor deaths. Itâs especially easy with Fearless Reclaim perk.
Itâs a fun game and Iâve enjoyed the series, but attempting to complete the true cure ending is unbelievably frustrating and the monkey blood portion is convoluted. Also not a fan of the soundtrack
I love Rebuild 1 and 2. This title has been on iOS for years now, honestly itâs only by the developers neglect at this point that they have not fixed the issue of the notch. Based on what it covers up, it makes it more than annoying for me to not want to play. I will be seeking a refund :-/.
So Iâm playing the game on a iPhone X and bc of the way the iPhone X is made thereâs a cut off on my screen, doesnât bother me but just letting people know before they buy it
Yes, it can take a while to âgetâ it, but once you do, this game is amazing. No matter how many times I play it, there is always something new that I find. I know Sarah and Colin have moved on to VR game development, but I would totally dig a rebuild 4.
I got to the 3rd city before it started to get boring. You start to feel like itâs less strategy than going through the motions. Story line and objectives are also boring. With you didnât have to start with a new city and same goals every level. Art is cute though.
I have played all of the other rebuilds, and I love how much more they added to this one, it is truly fun nd I even bought it again when I switched to iPhone since it couldnât cross over đ
This game has great potential. I was so close to loving it until I made it so far into the game and I got a quest telling me to leave the town. Basically all the work you did was for nothing because in order to advance you have to take your leader and three other survivors to a new city and leave all your others behind. Worst idea ever. I thought okay Iâll do it at least I still have to old save. Oh but no I donât it auto saved so I lost my main one. So there I was starting over practically with the survivors I chose to move on, when I came across a group I already had killed in the previous city, if itâs supposed to be the next stage, why the hell do I have to beat the group again? Honestly a terrible idea to have another city. I deleted the game because my time will not be wasted when you force me to leave the survivors Iâve trained and liked.
This is a good zombie survival game. It has enough city planning and building without having to worry about some person that paid hundreds of dollars to come in and wipe you off the planet. Itâs worth the purchase price for constant replayability.
This is really the main game o play most of the day. Donât get me wrong, I play more but this is awesome to play. The way of struggling for food and materials, it makes the game even better on the hardest level.
Iâve played the first two on the computer, and had to buy this one and Iâm glad I did. Iâm always worried I wonât play games I buy, but I keep coming back to this one. I love the stories and how each character eventually becomes their own thing with buffs and skills. I like how there are moments where it is overwhelming and then calms to recover, being difficult but not too overwhelming. And itâs unique, which is so hard to do these days! Love it.
Iâve had this app for a year now and I canât stop playing it! This is one of the best apps Iâve ever had! I canât believe a major company didnât make this it is so good!
Iâve played the first one and it was fun. This unfortunately seems not to be optimized for the Xs notch and thus hinders your ability to view some items pretty heavily. As soon as thatâs updated I want to give it a fair shot
Lots of fun and really addictive. Just one thing, can you please remove the error about the game center connection when game center is disabled (as someone who never uses game center). It doesn't take more than a second to dismiss it but gets annoying to deal with each time I launch the game. Thanks!
Iâve had an iPhone since they came out. Iâve played hundreds of games on the App Store. This is the funnest and most original game Iâve played and thatâs including my home consoles. Great, great, great job. As soon as I complete everything, I jus start it back up and do it again. I would recommend this to anyone.
